The Almond Connection

The Almond Connection (TAC) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization connecting those who are judicially served to job training, employment, housing, healthcare, education, counseling, legal support, social services, food and clothing. TAC serves men and women who reside in Guilford County ages 18 and over with felony convictions that are non-sexual in nature.

What We Do

The Almond Connection (TAC) offers a two-year program consisting of three stages preparing men and women who are judicially served with access to services to improve self-sufficiency

Why The Almond Connection

TAC serves men and women who reside in Guilford County ages 18 and over with felony convictions that are non-sexual in nature. Participants can be post-release, probationers or individuals who received a suspended sentence without incarceration.

Affordable Healthcare

Stage 1 of the Process will connect clients to resources to access health & wellness agencies.

Food & Clothing Assistance

During Stage 2, we will connect clients to available food banks & agencies, and clothing ministries.

Job Training & Employment

During Stage 1, we will assist clients in accessing job training and employment agencies.

Mentorship

Stage 3 offers clients steady, reliable monitoring and management of their case to ensure continued success.
